Real Neapolitan pizza is cooked every night in a proper wood-fired oven, with fresh tomatoes and basil. Bream, sea bass, and the catch of the day are cooked in foil or on the grill, with capers and olives. You can try the taste of famous local specialties like real Buffalo Mozzarella from Campania as well as delicious Salerno anchovies, and homemade Gnocchi alla Sorrentina and Scialatielli.

Unlike other Salerno seaside hotels, our half-board rate does not include a fixed menu. We prefer to let you choose every evening exactly what you’d like from our à la carte menu offering a wide variety of dishes to suit your taste buds.
