What are the terms of booking and cancellation?

There is no cancellation charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival during the period between November and March (excluding All Saints, Christmas, New Year’s, Saint Valentine’s Day, December long weekend, Easter, and other festivals). During the remaining periods, a booking may be cancelled up to 7 days before arrival.

In the case of cancellation outside of these terms, your credit card will be charged the equivalent cost of the total of the stay. Otherwise NO other penalties will be incurred if cancelled up to 7 days before check in .

Where a deposit has been made towards a booking, this will be reimbursed in full via bank transfer if cancellation occurs within the terms indicated above. In the case of early departure, your card will be charged for the total cost of the original reservation.

Terms of cancellation may vary depending on the offer and basic rate. We ask that you pay close attention when making your booking.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is before 11 am.

You are welcome to leave your bags with us for free before you check in and after you check out. Please let us know if you intend to arrive outside the hours indicated above.

Does the hotel offer parking?

There is a large car park at the hotel, available to use free of charge.

Can I arrive after 9 pm?

Yes, our reception is open 24 hours a day.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes we accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, Pago Bancomat.

Do you offer an internet connection?

Yes our internet connection is free and Wi-Fi is available in all common areas of the hotel. There is also an ethernet cable in each room.

Is it possible to rent a car?

Yes, you can rent a car through us for about €50 per day. Don’t forget that you can always use our free shuttle service to reach the airport and the train station and harbor at Salerno from where you can take any number of local trips.

Are the rates per person or per room?

All rates are per room.

Does the hotel have any sports facilities?

Absolutely, in our grounds we have a tennis court, a ping pong table and a bocce court, and of course volleyball on the beach. Use of these facilities is free.

Is breakfast included? What type of breakfast is it?

Breakfast is always included in the room rate and is served as a buffet.

Does the hotel have an elevator?

Yes. The elevator can fit up to 6 people, reaches all levels and is wheelchair-accessible.

Is the hotel fully wheelchair-accessible?

Yes, every room is accessible from street level without the use of stairs. All common areas of the hotel can be reached including the restaurant, pool, and beach.

Are there other bars and restaurants nearby?

Yes. Right in front of the hotel and across the street.

Where is the closest bus stop?

Just in front of the hotel.

Is there a fitness center near the hotel?

Yes. Just 4 kilometers away you’ll find a well-equipped wellness center with Turkish bath, sauna, massage, jacuzzi, hairdresser, and gym. It is open year round.

Can I bring my dog?

Generally we do not accept dogs. An exception might be made for small dogs, at an extra daily cost. Just check with us before you finalize your booking.
